Priced for clinical research teams, not enterprise software budgets

A note is any single document submitted to the extraction API in one call. This could be a discharge summary, a progress note, a consultation letter, a radiology report, or a nursing note. A document split across multiple API calls counts as multiple notes. There is no minimum or maximum character length for a note to count as one unit.

If you exceed your included note volume in a given month, additional notes are processed at an overage rate. For Starter, the overage rate is $0.12 per note. For Research, it is $0.07 per note. You will be notified when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. You can also set a hard cap to prevent any overage charges, in which case jobs submitted above the limit will queue for the next billing period.

Yes. A standard Business Associate Agreement is included at no additional cost on all paid plans (Starter, Research, and Institution). The BAA is countersigned at subscription start. If your legal team needs to review our standard BAA before signing up, contact us and we will send the document ahead of account creation. We cannot negotiate substantial modifications to the BAA on Starter or Research plans. Institution plan customers may negotiate specific language changes.

We are in early access. The process is to request early access through the contact form, and we will schedule a walkthrough session using a sample from your own data (or synthetic notes if you prefer). This gives your team a concrete sense of output quality and accuracy before signing up. We do not offer a self-serve free trial during early access, because extraction quality is most meaningful when demonstrated on notes that match your own clinical vocabulary and documentation style.

Uploaded notes are retained for 7 days by default, then automatically deleted. You can shorten this to 0 days (immediate deletion after job completion) or extend it to up to 90 days at your account settings. Extraction outputs (the structured CSV or JSON datasets) follow a separate configurable retention period. Institution plan customers can set custom retention periods. We do not retain any data beyond your configured period and do not use uploaded data for any purpose other than running the job you submitted.
