1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how CliniNote Sp. z o.o. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on getclininote.com. It supplements the Privacy Policy. Because the Company is incorporated in Poland and processes data under GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended) applies: non-essential cookies are not placed until you give your prior, active consent.

5. Third-Party Cookies
Where the Company uses analytics processors (for example, a self-hosted or privacy-preserving analytics service), those processors operate under data-processing agreements and only receive data after you have consented to analytics cookies. The Company does not currently use advertising networks or social-media pixels on getclininote.com. Any change to this position will be reflected in an updated version of this policy before the relevant cookie category is activated.
